Amanda Ridley email@example.com Department: SCE Position reports to: SCE Operations Manager •Candidates should be in possession of a Conservation, Wildlife, Environmental Education or related diploma, degree or qualification. •Candidates should be fully registered guides with DEAT, in possession of a valid FGASA Level 1 and all valid certification to legally operate as a field guide, with at least one year of experience in the field. •Aid in planning and execute all student related activities on and off reserve including extra mural activities as required. •Conducting talks, lectures and presentations on subjects relating to Conservation, Fauna and Flora. •Conducting community, sports and other interactions as required • Working in conjunction with Conservation/Wildlife Department, film crews and other strategic partners. •Work closely in conjunction with and report to the Senior Student Coordinator with regard daily responsibilities and tasks, setting out of related itineraries, developing and pioneering new student experiences, hosting and conducting educational visits. •Maintenance and management of company equipment and vehicles used in execution of student operation. •Conduct all student activities to fall within the required health and safety standards. •Conduct required administrative, operational and procurement duties in alignment with operational needs and capabilities. •To acquire all available specific and general related student information from the Operations Manager for review and implementation as required •To educate, impart knowledge and information to guests when conducting project related activities.
